Important Guidelines When Renting a Container from Eagle Prentice

1. DO NOT FILL THE CONTAINER ABOVE THE BRIM.

​

2. NOTHING CAN BE STICKING OUT OF THE SIDES OF THE CONTAINER.

​

3. THERE WILL BE A FEE FOR OVERLOADING THE CONTAINER.

Material Acceptable for Disposal

​

1) Construction or Demolition Debris

2) Bulk Waste (Furniture, Mattresses, Box Springs)

3) Flooring: Linoleum, Rugs, Carpets, Tiles, etc.

4) Tarps, Rope, Netting

5) Wood Productions: Treated and Non-Treated

6) Brush: Branches, Tree Trunks (No longer than 6ft. in length)

7) Tires: Must be cut up into 3 pieces

Material Not Acceptable for Disposal

1) Special or Hazardous Waste as defined by D.E.P Standards

2) Liquid Waste of any kind (Ex: Paint, Oil, Gas, etc.)

3) Whole Tires or Batteries

4) Municipal Solid Waste (Household Garbage)

Acceptable Build Material for Different Size Containers

​

40yd: NO amounts of heavy material such as brick, concrete, and dirt.

30yd: VERY LITTLE amounts of heavy material such as brick, concrete, and dirt. All else is acceptable.

20yd: FILL CONTAINER 3/4 FULL for all large amounts of heavy material.

CWO: Made for all Trash, Gravel, Dirt, and Concrete.

Additional Charges Incurred

​

1) Overloaded Dumpsters: Fee May vary (Contact us for more information)

*Overloaded is when the container is filled above the brim.

2) Overweight Dumpsters: Fee per ton after the 6-ton limit. (Contact us for more information)

*Overweight is when the dumpster weighs more than 6 tons.

3) Damages to Containers: Fee May vary (Contact us for more information)

4) Dumpster Trip Charge: 

*Trip Charged includes Overweight (Not being able to pick up the Container), Cancellation (Client must let Eagle Prentice know 1-2 days in advance), and if Ground is not accessible ( Ex: Wet Ground, Closed Road, Cars in the way, Closed Gate, No entry, Etc.)
